If you die

No one wants to think about dying, but it is worth taking a few moments to think about the people you would leave behind and how they would cope financially.

If you die, TWUSUPER will pay a lump sum amount (your member account balance plus any insurance payout) to your beneficiaries. While the Trustee makes the final decision on who receives the payment, they will be guided by what you want.

When you join TWUSUPER, you have the opportunity (on your Membership application) to name who you would like to receive this payment.

It is important that you keep your nomination up-to-date.
