Making contributions

Transuper offers you flexibility, choice and convenience when it comes to managing your employer contributions so you can concentrate on your business.

With Transuper you can choose to lodge your contributions online, via a payroll company, clearing house or using paper. It's your choice.

You can choose the following payment methods:
 

BPAY®
Transuper’s Biller Code is 857664.
Login to EmployerAccess or call 1800 808 799 to obtain your payment reference number.

Cheque
Send cheques, payable to:Transuper, Locked Bag 5094, Parramatta NSW 2124.

Direct debit
Your authorisation is required. Download a direct debit form at Forms and publications.
 

Lodgement options

Every employer's payroll practices and preferences are different. Our range of lodgement options supports this.
 

Online via EmployerAccess

Suited to small and large employers, predominantly making payments to Transuper.

  • Lodge via: direct data entry, file upload.
  • Payable by: BPAY, direct debit (authorisation required).
  • Cost: No fee.


Step 1.
Register now at EmployerAccess, and make your contribution immediately if you wish.


Online via the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House

Suitable for employers with 20 or less employees, making payments to multiple super funds.

  • Lodge via: data entry.
  • Payable by: EFT only.
  • Cost: no fee.


Step 1.
Register to use this Government service at the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House website.
Step 2. Once you receive your User ID and password in the mail, you can log on to finalise your registration. 


By paper based advice

Suitable for employers uncomfortable with contributing via the internet.

  • Lodge by: Contribution return form or emailed file.
  • Payable by: cheque or BPAY.
  • Cost: no fee.


Step1.
Download an initial contribution return form via Forms and publications.
Step 2. Complete the form & return it accompanied by a cheque.
Advise your future payment preference and we'll send you a contribution return each month. 


Online via SUPERClear & EmployerAccess

Suited to small and large employers, making payments to multiple super funds

  • Lodge via: direct data entry, file upload.
  • Payable by: EFT, BPAY, direct debit (authorisation required).
  • Cost: No fee if at least 50% of employees are members and Transuper is your nominated default fund.


Step 1.
Download the SUPERClear PDS (PDF) to apply to use the service. You will be advised by post once your application is processed.
Step 2.  Make your contribution via EmployerAccess.
